Hey,

I bought the new Samsung g800 from mtn about two weeks ago on contract renewal. My problem now is that my other contact phone then stopped charging two days after i got my new phone. Is there anyone here from mtn who can help me in this respect please because i have only had this phone for 7 month because my previous samsung had the same fault and they gave me the newer model.

So basically i ahve only had this phone for 7 months and now it is not working.
Anyone please..

Are you trying to charge using the AC charger or using the usb cable attached to a PC?
Try using whatever your NOT using & see if it works.

I tried everything, i even tried putting in another d900i battery but it still didn't work. Like i said i had this problem before with another samsung, and i gave it in for repairs under my contract.

I tried chargerplug, and usb cable but nothing charges it and the phone is now dead

Also where will i be able to find blue tooth headphones for my samsung g800?

Ok....sounds pretty odd

Samsungs PC studio sucks when it comes to supporting differant phones.
If you've installed the new samsung software for the G800 i guess its possible that could have changed things re the usb not charging re model change.
Do you have another pc you can leave the earlier version of PC studio on & try that for the USB charging?

Guess you tryed using the AC adapter in different power outlets?
+ The USB into differant slots on the PC?

Whilst that AC Adapter could be cooked it seems pretty odd to lose both options at once + its the same on another battery.

Nothing much else it can think of unless the ph IS kaput

Um..ok what is the ph?

And will tn now repair my phone for free, even tho i got a contract upgrade like two weeks ago, because im not willing to just lose an expensive phone.

Do you know of anyone i can contact with regards to this?

And ive tried every possible scenario, in connection with the charging.
