My niece has a Samsung E250 connected via USB to her Dell desktop PC. She's with CellC by the way. The PC sees it as a modem as it has a driver cd for that purpose. When starting the Samsung software to set up a connection, she gets a "Can't load resource" error. After a number of uninstall/reinstall episodes she has now given up. Anybody else come across this one before or has an answer for it as I don't. I have a feeling it might be Windows 2000 related (I might be wrong). Can somebody please help?
