Samsung G810 GPS *Troubles*

I was wondering if anyone could offer me some information regarding the GPS on this device.

I was told by the sales lady that it has lifetime access to the GPS. I have some free GPS software installed but for some reason my phone's GPS is not detected, it will search for blue tooth devices.

Has anyone had a similar problem or am I missing a setting somewhere it the setup

Sounds like a setting. The free software could be for external receivers only (old ones esp).
