Samsung Galaxy A35 and A55

So still no telephoto lens and I wonder if it still has no wireless charging and no video stabilization at anything above 1080p.

These things have been around on the S-series and iPhones for like 5-6.5 years. Pretty mind boggling that things which should be standard in 2024 still arent present on the best A-series phone. The A55 really should be more like the S23 FE at lower price.

i know that telephotos are expensive, so dont expect them on midrangers anytime soon. I dont even think the FE had it, they have to distinguish the top end i guess

OIS upto 1080p isnt bad at all.

i can agree on the wireless charging and nfc.

That said, the A55 is going to start cheaper than the A54

S20 FE, S21 FE and S23 FE all had telephoto lenses.

That's fine if all you do is watch your videos on your phone's 1080p screen. I like to revisit memories on 4K screens like my TVs and PC.

Let's see. The rumours I saw said it will be cheaper in the US and more expensive elsewhere.

NFC is on the A34 and 54, though wireless charging would be great.

i stand corrected, but thats why the FE exists

I agree that the A5x and the FE could be melded into a single midranger to rule them all

:( will hopefully still cost the same on contract as the A54
