Interesting.

I reckon in two years time, most people will do their computing with 16 core Qualcomm SoC computers and Intel and nVidia will start fading away.

Maybe even sooner.
 
Has anyone managed to root their phone and install cyanogenmod/other ROM? (preferably without tripping KNOX).

This Touchwiz lag is driving me nuts when I try unlock my phone.

Disable svoice on double tap of home button.

Big button in front, not side button. Only reason I can think for the delay in unlocking is S voice is still set as the home buttons double click action or you have 3rd party stuff running to make your buttons do other stuff.

Yup, thats what happens when I double press the home button the lock screen comes up.

That's not really the issue though, the issue I have is the lockscreen will be there and then I'll swipe my pattern and it won't respond. It goes like that a few times and then after about 15-20 seconds it finally registers the fact that I'm swiping and then it unlocks. Seems to be running out of RAM or something because it only happens when I've got a lot of apps in my recent apps list.

Dude, s5 or any new Samsung and pattern is like having no security at all, YouTube it.
