They told me the 11 th as well but I kinda doubt that their courier system is going to handle the day quite that well.
 
Has there been any word on which S5 we are getting here? Will it be 32GB Exynos and 16GB Qualcomm with LTE or are we getting a 32GB Qualcomm LTE in general. By this point last year we knew exactly which variant we were getting of the S4.

At least for now it looks like our stores are offering 16GB Snapdragon S5's. The 32GB models are well over ten grand from overpriced places like Vodacom.
 
In a article about Samsungs falling profit on this website it is said that Samsung priced the S5 10% lower than the S4 why are the S5 so much more expensive here? As far as i can tell all S4's in SA are 32 gb models while the new S5's wil be 16gb models.I think a 32gb S4 at R100 a month cheaper than a 16 gb S5 is a bargain.

Get an S4 then.... But first read all the reviews showing how the S5 improves on the S4 in every department.
 
My contract expires this month with mtn. Was going to just buy the device and go prepaid / month to month. But now work is offering a phone allowance if I take a corporate contract (they'll pay it all), but at this stage only Vodacom network (mtn hasn't made the S5 available for corporate customers yet).
So if I switch to Vodacom I can get the s5 next week
