Switch off the phone, take out SD card, copy contents from old to new via pc and sd card reader, slot in new card. profit.

I want it all on internal storage and not back on the SD card.
Should I just reinstall all the apps without the card in or can I do it without all that effort?
Some are a huge pain (like agnitus) to get installed with all the apps inside the app.

So I assume you have moved some of the apps to the external SD via the "Application Manager" in system settings? If that's the case, can't you just move it back via the reverse?

Nope, seems to all be Amazon apps and they installed there all on their own.
With a few others like agnitus

ah ok. yeah, amazon, painful.
you'll probably have to do it the painful way, but as an added bonus, i'll suggest you leave the new sd card out, while you reinstall them
Everything is falling into place wonderfully, I'm trading my iPhone for a 5s tomorrow afternoon.
It's pity the iPhone is a nano sim and the 5S is a micro sim, but I kept the pieces from when we cut out the nano sim. So in theory, I should be able to fit my nano sim into the "template" of when it was a micro sim.
I don't know about you guys but I am quite excited about messing around with NFC, I plan on buying a pack of 10 stickers, pop some on some of the doors or entrances of class's I have to switch the phone to silent. I will also be putting one in at the entrance of my house. To switch on wifi and sound.
Very exciting stuff, excuse my ignorance and I have not had much time to read through all 125 pages. Have you guys used Towelroot to root your devices?
