Unfortunately the Jan 15 ROM is still based on Android 5.0 OS. Google has only fixed the big issues with Android 5.1, so not really worth the time and effort to muck around with another 5.0 ROM.

Yeah I'm also back on the UK KitKat recently after I tried the Polish one. Was hoping this might be different despite it's 5.0 :| oh well, waiting patiently for 5.1

How are you coping with no silent mode in Android 5.0?

If you go to a meeting, or about to do a presentation, what do you do? Do you switch off your phone completely?

If someone can give me a fix for this, then I might consider installing it on my S5 again, otherwise I'll just stick with KitKat.

I had a big issue with the silent mode mainly because i put my phone on silent at night bur it still allowed my alarm to go off. In the first lollipop builds, the priority mode didnt work correctly, it would allow WhatsApp to make a sound, but in the latest version, all is fine. I just put it on priority and its the same as the old silent mode. Also switched over to the BTU rom, its just a bit better than the Polish one i was on.

Just my 2 cents worth.

I just make a very very short vibration. (hint, make the vibration at the end of the circle, not the beginning).

Do not disturb mode? I don't recall if it has that

I must say, this Google now launcher is really excellent stuff. Been using its for a week or two on my S5 and it's blerrie handy and pretty clever.

I'm really enjoying everything from the time to get home to the news stories and sports results it knows I want.

So I'm off to Edinburgh via Jozi this evening and this is all lined up for me already. Really cool stuff.
