Samsung is aparently aware of this problem;

It appears that is a known issue by Samsung as I have just spoken to their customer support. They have confirmed it maybe one of 2 recent Samsung app update (Samsung Text to speech) that has cause the removal of the toggles. They said they have no ETA for the solution and they told me to factory reset and not turn on auto updates for the galaxy app store or play store.

Ok, completely off the topic, but I've just discovered the game Tap Titans :D

Let's just say the central game mechanic requires frenzied tapping of the screen ... for as long as you're playing.

I'm wondering if there's any risk to damaging the S6's screen through this? I'm tapping the screen as softly as possible, but I get the feeling that any repeated use of the touchscreen will probably cause it to deteriorate over time.

The display isn't a mechanical device, so there aren't any moving components. Basically what this means is that you can tap the display a billion times without ever worrying if the touch screen will wear out.

This is still an organic LED display, so I'd avoid keeping static images displayed for extended periods of time, to avoid burn-in.

Burn-in isn't as much of a problem anymore as it was on early AMOLED displays (such as the Galaxy S and S2), but just as good measure, don't keep any static screen displayed on bright for extended periods of time.

Anyway, you can tap the display as much as you want. You will never wear it out. :)

Oh rully? Well thanks genetic!

If only my body was as durable. After tapping away last night and this morning again, I'm actually feeling it in my arm :D

Touch screens work with capacitive charge on your fingers. It's a difference in electrical potential, so go tapping away as much as you want. :)

Funnily enough, while playing Tap Titans on the S6 I couldn't stop thinking about how different this tap sensation is from my first touch screen phone ... one of those you actually had to use a stylus on, and give everything a solid prod to work. Every so often you one can really see how technology is progressing more rapidly than we realise while we're stuck within it.

Same not enjoying this phone at all.

Likes : volume when playing media is great.
Screen is vibrant.
Fingerprint very good and sensitive.
Nice and small device.
Camera is the best

Dislikes
Keyboard and typing is terrible.
The sensitivity is terrible on this phon the s5 kicks its rear end
It's actually irritating.

Battery life is shocking. You should not have to change settings and disable things to get a phone to perform

Missing external card is also a negative and I would prefer one for security of media

Imo Samsung made a big fk up here.
