Just to clarify. I don't think it's crap, I just don't want Thor going through the process and then complaining the next couple of weeks that this is the worst phone he has ever owned. Again.
Hence why I advise Thor against it. We all know how he hated his S6

Those that are more affluent in Android will have work around for the bugs.

Come 19th January there will be an official release. This version will be 6.0.1 unlike the beta which is 6.0.

Have u taken the plunge Fanie? Last I remember u have no need for root -this will be perfect for you.

Exactly.

I installed CM13.0 on my Galaxy S4mini. Running quite well, with no noticeable bugs just yet. I love CM  The animations are just sooo smooooooth. Like butter.

I tried the recently released CM13 but it's buggy as hell and the battery life sucks balls.

You should out MM on your S6 - TW obviously not unless u want a crippled CM experience lol

I'll leave my S6 on Lollipop for now, since the wife is driving it. I have my G4, which already has Lollipop. The S4mini is my "play" phone :D

What changes over lollipop does Marshmallow bring for me to go through this process

Sell it to me, make me want to do this

( I want to but I need a little more motivation)
Don't know why anyone would want to sell it to you.

You know that guy, sometimes a friend, sometimes a family member... that you know is struggling so much with their 90s tech, that you just want to help them into the 21st century... but then... you realize that if you do... you will forever be their on-call IT department?

That's Thor.

What cases/covers do you guys have? I'm looking for a leather case that covers the entire phone. I don't mind taking the phone out to use it.

Picked up my (second) S6 a couple of days ago, and loving it now that I'm getting the hang of it. The first one's home button was loose - store swapped it out the next day without question.

Seems that the loose home button is actually quite common with black models - specifically ones from Korea.
