Samsung Galaxy S6

I know desire makes many of us pay these insane prices for these phones but I was thinking today: is an S6 worth the price of 2x i3 notebooks and some change? If I was paying over cash there is no ways I could justify it so why do we accept huge monthly handset premiums?

The S6 certainly isn't worth that much to me, but a flagship device of my liking is. You use your phone many times every single day, so you benefit from having a great one tremendously. Also, many people just take out contracts and don't ever feel the pain of a lump sum purchase.

Touched/briefly played with the s6 at Samsung tygervalley today.

100% of my android experience is with a galaxy s3 and s5 that I use only for development (iPhone as my personal phone). The s6 is a huge step forward from the s5, at least aesthetically and tactilely

The s6 also looks and feels better than the edge IMO. The edge just looks wierd

You are lucky. For value, i would stay with them. But data throughput is often zero in parts of EL and PE...
I must say after my last bitch rant they sent a tech out... did some testing... did something to the tower in my area and since its been working perfectly.

Still useless at my brothers place 3 blocks away.

Damn. Really hope MTN dont go full cheap and also give us goodies. I know Samsung say we will get a charger but this is MTN we talking about.

They can at least call us today so we can arrange delivery for Friday. otherwise I can just as easily go into the store on Saturday morning

i don't think this is a MTN or Vodacom choice. It seems like this "free wireless charger" deal is happening all over the world. Even the Samsung ads on radio is saying everywhere... so don't worry
