I am trying to reset the phone that the guys at work forgot the password to.
I went into the factory mode or whatever its called, wiped the partition, reset it there, restarted and it keeps saying, you reset this phone please enter your previous Google account details into the phone.
I have no idea what is was - isnt there some way to reset this?

I tried ODIN but for some reason it doesnt pick up the phone.

Some help please?

If ODIN does not pick up the phone, you have no drivers installed. XDA has a few links for the Samsung drivers. Go check on sammobile for the ROM to flash the device to.

Also, try to do a Factory reset? In the recovery.

Did that, no PC seems to be able to pick up the device FFS
Also did that in recovery but it still seems to remember the old Google account, weird.
Searching Google, its a known thing to stop theft.
You have to flash a new firmware
Took it to the pakistanis down the road, they will sort it out
