Samsung led tv and amplifier connection help please

Hi all

I could not find another section for my question.

I want to connect my Tv with a amplifier (with the speakers for better sound)

But it doesnt seem to have av out just in

The amp is quit old(6-8years) so it doesnt have hdmi or digital ports.

Just the basic white red and yellow plugs(amp)

Tv's red white yellow ports are all "in"

Then it has this audio out that looks like aux plug would plug in there and then a digital audio out port as well.

Any tips to connect tv to the amp?

That should work fine, I've used one from my Sammy's audio-out (or headphone out) to the amp's aux-in. Also did the same for someone this weekend.

I do have one but it plays only from one speaker? 3.5mm plug has two lines .

Ok got it working now,so instead of getting 3.5mm jack to rca plugs

Got the 3.5mm plug with one stripe instead of 2..

Both speakers playing now

You need stereo plug, not mono.

The stereo gave one speaker sound(left) then plugged an mono 3.5mm jack and both speakers played
