the plasma was still working, switch off, then this morning on, no signal.

Went to menu, you cannot enter tuning mode. It just skips it.
I think even if the antenna is remove, you should be able to access tuning on the menu. Everything else in on the menu.
Model number Ps50q91hx.
Any ideas.

If under warranty, send it in. If not, you're going to have to describe other troubleshooting steps you've taken.

Are you running the cables via a VCR or DVD Recorder? And then into AV or Component ports? Or are you using regular antenna cable?

Mine gives me the "No Signal" sign when my DVD Recorder is switched off. I run component cables from DSTV to the Recorder to the TV.
It also won't allow for tuning because you are on a AV or component "channel" and not on a tunable channel.

Just check that your Recorder or VCR is switched on or press the input button on the remote to make sure you are on the right "channel".

Put another tv in its place, then the tv works fine.
Samsung seems to be faulty.
download manual, no master reset code?

This is what works for the B650. It may work for you as well.

Hold down exit for about 10 to 20 seconds. (The red light should be flashing like crazy)

It should ask you to reset to factory settings. Click yes and then the tv will shut down.

It will be restored to factory settings and you will have to do the setup again when you turn the power on again.

Hope this helps...
