Is there a way to change the firmware of the SA model to the UK model? The reason being that the UK model has the new single emotion menu compared to the old smart menu of the SA model.

No I don't but I saw the new menu system on the c550. According to the uk samsung site the uk model c430 comes out with the new menu. Don't know why ours doesn't
