Samsung remote problem

Hi guys. Seem to have a bit of a problem. The set up is as follows.

Lounge: Dstv, Sammie ht system, la40d550, wireless remote blaster

Bedroom, Sammie ht system, ps3, ua46d6000, and the other end of remote blaster thing.

Each time I press the power button on my remote in bedroom, it switches on my tv in the lounge too :/ very irritating. I've tried to hide the little pointer thing from the tv in the lounge but no luck.

Is there any way to change my remote for bedroom so it doesn't control the tv on lounge also?

Had the same problem with my two LG tvs.
What I did was place the remote blaster under the tv cabinet in the lounge so that it could not see the TV at all.
I then used one of those IR eyes extender that you normally get with the blaster and placed it directly in front of the DSTV decoder (all I need from the bedroom)

Worked fine for me for years.
