I have a shiny new S3 mini (budget guys, budget) and am quite happy with it. My question is two-fold :

1. Can and how do i disable the unnecessary factory loaded Apps like ChatOn? and

2. What can i do to stop the touchscreen from loading on to the Web in case I unknowingly swipe the screen in my bag or pocket?

1. You can disable certain apps from the Application manager. Your other option is to root and freeze apps or load a custom rom.

2. Enable the lock screen under settings.
