Samsung S7 - WiFi issues

Hi Guys, with my Samsung S7, I used to pick up the WiFi as I entered the drive way at home. Of late it wont pick it up at all and I see a speed of 1Mbps. Once I restart the phone, I get 86Mbps. My other phone (Samsung Galaxy) does not have this issue, the WiFi reception is always strong.

Could this be an issue with the S7 itself? When I am in the same room as the router , I willl get 135Mbps.

Possibly the antenna has gone wonky.. Or reset the phone and then see what it does.

Correct yes.. But most of the time the internal wifi antennas start to act up. Have you tried changing to a different wifi channel on your router?

Yes, tried that. No difference, if I reboot the device it seems to sort it for a while.

Try and factory reset and see if it remains stable. Maybe a rogue app is causing interference with the signal
