Samsung Unlock

I've received a Samsung S5 from my brother-in-law in the UK, however when I insert my MTN sim card it requests a network unlock code.
I've searched the web for methods to unlock, however only find dodgy looking sites requesting anywhere up to $50.

Does anyone know of a method to unlock the phone?

Try one of your local Pakistani Cell Phone Repair shops. They might be able to help.

You also might need to ascertain what cell network it was on in the UK.

Yeah, sure one of them would have a fix.
It was on Vodafone in UK.

I haven't. The phone is with a mate who has a contact that does this sort of thing. So, hoping to have it sorted soon.
