Samsung vs Apple fine to be reduced?

That's not all the jury messed up. The entire case should be thrown out.

From what I remember, she was part of the original problem (for Samsung) - biased, as well as not being prepared enough for the case a few months ago.
If that was true, couldn't Samsung have forced her to step down ?

You make a statement but you dont back it up.
Ok lets hear the Samsung story about the jury foreman (and the Seagate reference) again.

Out of interest do you think all of Samsungs pending cases against Apple should also be thrown out.

For this case it appears that one of the Apple patents is being reviewed (and such a review will take 2 years) so the value of that patent will be knocked off the claim in the meantime.

Personally I am not in favour of all these software patents but the Apple one they won is no worse than the 1000s of pending claims being brought by lots of vendors including Samsung, Apple, Motorola etc.

They should all be thrown out because the patent system is completely broken. Made worthless. But that wasn't even the problem with this case.
