Sanral and the Department of Transport have changed their position on the e-toll panel, with both groups now set to make presentations.

Voters have given SCAMRAL and its etrolling money wasting scheme a very prickly cactus to shove+rotate where the sun doesn't shine.

How many roads has SCAMRAL actually built as opposed to sub-contracting all the construction work out?
