We’re not keeping secrets: Sanral

Sanral says its application to the Western Cape High Court has nothing to do with enacting the so-called “secrecy bill”, but rather to protect the confidentiality of in-process tenders.

implicitly SANRAL is admitting that they'd love to use the Secrecy Bill and certain of the most obnoxious clauses were written with SANRAL in mind (particularly on the earlier draft)

with all of the fun and games at the NDPPs office the whole POSIA notion is going to be a minefield of litigation waiting to happen

Big smokkel here. How the courts allow it I dont know????

However, it is the ANC pension fund in disguise so they will steal from South Africans at any cost. They have no shame.

There is so much that you could say about this topic. However, I'll just ask this: Has anyone noticed the glaring oxymoron in GFIP? A freeway is by definition a highway without tolls! Or is the improvement the fact that it is no longer free?

“In fact, we are required by Parliament to account for the manner we use public resources and have always done so without fail.”

:wtf:
