Every user can be classified as "registered" after they've gone through 1 gantry since a limited detail account will be created for them.

I would very much doubt that 35% of non-registered (as in non e-tag holding) users are paying before 7 days.

Inge, you are lying as usual, to try and cover up the fact that e-Tolls are a financial failure, and you are trying to lie to potential lenders.. this will NOT go down well.

SANRAL cannot really blame us for not understanding as their figures are all over the place [the little they do make public] and never ties up with each other. If they truly wanted us to understand how things are going then why do they not release a detailed income/expense report for all to see. Guess its because they do not want us to understand how things are really going.

Hang on a second here. They've only collected 9% of receivables, yet claim that 35% are paying within 7 days. Oh ffs, all they're doing is trying to obfuscate with more bullschit. She's trying to make it sound as if another 35% of motorists above the 9% and above etag holders are paying. That mathematics doesn't add up you lying cow! She's actually referring to etag holders there.

Lies and bullschit. Inge Mulder, you're a an executive officer with a duty to interact with shareholders and the public in a responsible and honest manner. Please stop trying to put lipstick on this pig. The more you lie, the more you extend yourself past your duties. Leave the lying the Vusi and Nazir.

No, she's trying to imply that while 9% of VPC receivables sounds bad, 35% of non tagged users pay within 7 days so that it doesn't reach the VPC.

This of course is complete horse schit. All she's saying is that 35% have been tagged and are probably paying. Firstly I call BS on that. Not all tags are generating revenue each month and 35% is an overstatement of the numbers as it is. Secondly, she's admitting that their revenue is reliant solely on tagged users. At 35% that is not sustainable. This is why they are going to investors to have them fund their existing debt obligations. Issuing more debt to pay existing debt, like a pyramid scheme.
So when she says they're good on the debt repayment part, it's only on condition that the market subscribes to their new debt being issued, which is now costing more than ever, is issued under the government guaranteed HWAY programme, and will result in price increases and new gantries erected.

This entire system is one big fleecing of the population. Government have already bailed them out. Everyone around the country has paid. It needs to die, and Inge Mulder's lies won't change a thing. People are not paying, and that's not going to change. Lying will in fact only strengthen our convictions...
 
Then she should present figures in her native language or not at all... because english, mother****er, she does not speak it.
 
In reality its most probably only 35% of tag users who actually paid....

Their figures are so screwed up. No wonder they talk so much BS as they have lied so much they no longer know what the truth is.

This SCAMRAL press release makes even less sense than usual. It's almost as if SCAMRAL has started recycling the bog water through the water coolers to save money.
 
The more they flog this horse, the bigger the eventual fall, and boy is it going to be a spectacular crash when the wheels come off this baby. They are straying from the realms of the merely incompetent into those of the criminal.
 
The 9 percent is portion of people handed to vpc who are paying
