I agree with this statement.

sanral's purpose is to try and evoke sympathy and so take away the focus of their ineptitute and intimidating method of operation.

This is true for practically every grievance against government. They ignore it flatly. Remember ODB going to the public consultations and people actually trying to engage with them. They either ignore you completely, or give some feeble 'we appreciate public input' line before also ignoring it.

They do it to tick a legal box, not because they actually want public input.

Put this e-Troll malarkey to a public referendum and let's see what happens.
