Santam site...tsk tsk tsk

Classic example of a bad design decision a couple of years ago, now that most likely don't have the resources or budget to redevelop their site / backend at the moment.

Saying that, they did pull in 6+ Billion rand in revenue in 2007...

What really irks me is the bozo's who did the site probably got paid a shed load of money to do so. How hard is it to just check FF compatibility?

I usually develop only in FF and then do my final testing on IE to check for compatibility issues. At least I know if I develop for FF I nail browsers like Opera/Chrome as well (with some exceptions)

The developers' either lazy, or they still believe that IE is the best.

Theyre not pro MS they are clearly anti FF, or at least FF pig ignorant. Im not ranting either it was a little humour based on the fact that i couldnt access their site minutes after mentioning it here. Didnt really think they would take it down based on this posting. Are you their web dev by any chance??

As I said, it works fine in FF. So I don't know what your problem is. No I am not a web dev and no I don't work for M$.

Correct Librarian. I should have been more specific about where the "we dont like FF" message occurs. thanks for clearing that up.
