Santana finally fired!

Main problem is that we don't have a youth system in SA to spot talent, nurture it and take it through the ranks to the national team.

And also, as someone else mentioned, our guys don't play for pride, they're only interested in money.

LMAO played this well? how well did they play exactly? lost last 8 of 9 matches... Santana kept promising he'll showcase bananananaananan yet all we saw was a step backwards...

Don't give me the lame excuse Banananana did well in the Confed... they couldn't do anything in the confeds and if that is the plan at the world cup DEFEND DEFEND and hope for a miricle then SA shouldn't even be hosting the WC! Under Phillip Trouiser we did ok but they fired him, if a coach like that can take Japan to the last 16 of the world cup wtf is wrong? It's not the coaches fault... now to announce 1.8mill spent on a coach that did nothing, you think we did well?

The problem is with upbrining and clubs. Just like with rugby not alotta black palyers are coming up through club level now they're making it a point...the same should be done with white players, I see tons of white kids that love soccer, that CAN pass and trap a ball...they seem to fade away after school to become lawyers and lie their ways into money!:D

It's like I always said: SA players teach themselves how to play with a football, they are not taught how to play football.
