Heres an email I got from SAOl about it:
The time-outs are done every 24 hours until you have 3 gigs left, then they work as follows;
3 to 2 gigs timeout interval = 12 hours,
2 to 1 gig timeout interval = 6 hours,
1 gig to 500 megs timeout interval = 3 hours,
and less then 500 megs timeout interval = 2 hours.
In order to have the timeout set at 24 hours until your cap is reached, we need an email from you accepting responsability for any bandwidth used over your cap, at a rate of R6.90 per 100 megs.
