Do yourself a favour and stay away from dealing with them. They are probably one of the quickest ADSL ISPs to take your money and the slowest to deliver on anything relating to customer service.
If you are lucky enough for any of their people to actually respond to questions and be able to successfully answer you, then you still won't get your money back even if the problem is on their side
Simple conversation: "The service I paid for is not doing what you promised"....response "Well you still have to give us a month's notice even if its not working for you. Those are our terms."
Enough said. There are so many ISPs out there now that its just not worth it even trying to give them a chance. So much for customer satisfaction!
