SAOL - Neethi?

I see another huge Hellkom F...up coming.

The first month I self installed ADSL with Hellkom
they sent me a bill for R18 700,00. Took about 4
months to sort it out.

17 December 2009 I cancelled Hellkom ADSL package
and last week moved ADSL line to SAOL.

New account from Hellkom: R26 which means
that they have technically also cancelled my normal
phone line???


PS. My download speeds from SAOL on http are averaging 12.7kB/sec.

They have probably credited you for your adsl that you normally pay in advance...

I have very similar symptoms, although I haven't received a bill. Getting around 10-12kbps and basically crappy net.

Are you experiencing stalled downloads?

Strangely it was about R113..
I have a closer 2 plan apparently, so not too sure if it's less because of that - all I care about is less money in Telkoms pocket (from me)

Just realised why my download speeds are up to ****.

SAOL moved me back to the 196.XX.XXX.XXX IP Range.


Please SAOL - back to 41.XX.XXX.XXX IP Range
