It essentially boils down to the person being attracted to intellectual conversation, knowledge on various issues and the ability to hold a conversation. Often contributed to by knowledge and interest in common issues which builds understanding and agreement.

Essentially, it means they like people for the same reason everyone else likes people, but they have a lekker label to slap on because labels are lit or on fleek or woke or fire or whatever the word is these days.

It also often means, "I like you for your mind but we're not pomping because my body is a temple" or similar.
