all of my parcels was in SA within 2 weeks, but it seem to stay at the sorting station in JHB for a month before being sent to the post office. So being sent from overseas doesnt seem to be the problem, it is distributing them to the correct post officesOrdered something last week. 4 days from the US to SA.

The organisation said in a social media marketing campaign in October that it “delivers parcels efficiently and without delays with the margins of error reduced to zero percent”.
I agree, what is the website used to track international parcels already in the country ? Ive tried trackandtrace but get no results. Tried Sapo too but no resultsI cringe every time I see that "Incomming International" in the tracking. It's been like that for years and no one there can be bothered to fix it.
You need to email the customer care Centre with the international number and they'll give you a local number.I agree, what is the website used to track international parcels already in the country ? Ive tried trackandtrace but get no results. Tried Sapo too but no results
That has always been the problem. SAPO has never kept up with the demand for international parcels.all of my parcels was in SA within 2 weeks, but it seem to stay at the sorting station in JHB for a month before being sent to the post office. Track and trace should work. If it doesn't the parcel has likely not been scanned in SA yet.I agree, what is the website used to track international parcels already in the country ? Ive tried trackandtrace but get no results. Tried Sapo too but no results
