So I had a Special stopper --- filled on the 27th and saw this had to go into the branch which I did to update my banking details ----Patiently waiting for them to remove the special stopper so that my money can be paid out --- phoned them to day and they said it takes time to remove ***But the team leader will see if she can get someone to do it --- not that I believe the agent LOL

To be honest, stoppers are normally a nightmare. The fact that your assessment is complete this early in July and payment only pending removal of stopper is a great achievement. I'm pretty sure you'll be sorted sometime next week
