SARS e-filing site

What will happen is we will all have to file with efiling again because no one will be able to figure out how to rewrite easyfile.....
 
User does not have sufficient rights.

Error we receive on certain user when trying to print EMP201

Any ideas?
 
Tried with x32 Firefox, older firefox versions but same error.

Could it not be permissions that the Administrator game this user?
Maybe they missing some right.

I did that chocolate thingy that you recommended and followed the advice of Grant at www.handshake.co.za and I don't have issue anymore, just hope it stays that way.
Maybe Grant will have the answer to your problem although I think he was more on the EasyfileEmployer issues.
 
Messaged Grant an hour ago so will see, I'm thinking it's a box that wasn't ticked when person added client to efilling as it's just one client.

Yeah, the Choc-lately thing I have done over a dozen clients, no more issues, batch file on Desktop when they think somethings wrong, click and re-installs everything.
 
Anyone ever had an issue with Easyfile Employer saving pdf as 0 bytes?

You are using a incompatible Java version - downgrade to Java 8 Update 221. Had the same issue. Found that Kaspersky kept on updating Java to the latest version.
 
Error keeps popping up for people because java uninstalls old versions with each update.

No need to uninstall everything just grab the newest easyfile install and run it, it will install a special version of java 8 called Zulu :ROFL:

Then look in your user temp folder for the java zulu installer and copy it somewhere in case you need it again.
