SARS eFiling 2025/2026

Got auto assessed again this year. Emails came in yesterday and received payment today.
Could not login to check it as yet. Still getting the error.
 
Was auto assessed last year, nothing this year. Wonder what the criteria is, or if it's just random...
 
Was auto assessed the last three years, but this year my company was taken over. Now I have two IRP-5s. I assume this will kick my off the list for Auto assessment? Nothing else is deductable for me so an easy thing for them, just the 2 IRP-5.
 
Interesting to see the required supporting documents now includes proof of address and employment contract.

Only saw after I submitted so will see what happens

21/7/2025 Supporting documents uploaded
21/7/2025 Supporting documents received
24/7/2025 Case allocated to SARS official
25/7/2025 FINALISED WITHOUT CHANGES
30/7/2025 Refunded to bank account

Bank did not submit a R 4 interest for a closed account to SARS but did include it on the Tax certificate, I added it in relevant section. Probably what triggered the verification.

Had to Suypply bank letter, have been doing business wioth sars for 20 years with same account and every year they paid - so just a delay/
 
Mobile App still saying it cannot do my request when trying to login sigh, been about 3 weeks now
