What a cheek...They wanted photos of my home office.
Next they'll want videos of you actually working in said office.

Sorry to hear... one year I had to wait until the following year because it went round and round, round and round. That was in 2018After waiting 21 days for the verification, on the 21st day they ask for additional supporting documents, which restarted the process and I am stuck in the new 21 day waiting period. My case has not been assigned to an official, so I need to wait this out again!
So FRUSTRATING
They came back the weekend and cancelled half of my disability claims. I am going to wait for them to payout and then disputeSorry to hear... one year I had to wait until the following year because it went round and round, round and round. That was in 2018
I submitted my return today, asked to submit S18A documents, so uploaded and submitted. Now we wait...
If you don't change anything in returns form and submit it as-is for last year, I would pick that one as auto assessment this year. What is the selection criteria or how are they picking people, just random,?
Well done, man. Outstanding achievement.

Got refund within 48 hours. Well done to SARS.Done and dusted. 12th self-earned cheque should alleviate some of Januworries.
Still waiting, hopefully any day now...
SARS at it again...
Got a notification of correspondence late yesterday afternoon, finally found it on the eFiling website, they want bank statements to prove I paid monthly to OUTA and our armed responses PSS scheme. Another delay tactic to postpone my refund, which is not large at all, around R15k, the bulk of which is due to being unemployed for part of the tax year.
Supporting documents submitted, another 21 business days to wait...
About that small load...Well, colour me surprised, case was allocated this morning, got finalised without changes notice a few minutes ago, hopefully that means my refund will be on it's way soon...
