SARS Tax Residency Certificate

Hi.

Does anyone know how I can get a Tax Residency Certificate? I have the form, but I've been unable to make a booking at my branch through their booking system. My options are only "telephonic" or "video", and when I choose the only date available (24 March) and one of the available timeslots, I get an Error "The selected appointment slot is no longer available. Please reselect your booking request options to view current available appointment slots." This happens over and over again, regardless of branch or timeslot selected.

I seem to recall sending the form via email last year and never getting a response.

Anyone recently booked with SARS? I booked on Monday they said today at 13:30 but i am still waiting. I'm thinking of calling in to ask what is up

I have an appointment at my local branch (Randburg) at the end of the month. Their appointment system seems to be working now. I went a few weeks ago to try sort out a change in banking details which I wasn't managing to sort out myself via efiling. I waited about 5 minutes and got sorted. I plan on submitting the TRC form at my next appointment.
