Nottingham Road, in the KZN Midlands, is known as Swinging Central. One development in particular is singled out. It happens to be popular with affluent Jo'burgers, who, I'm told, by numerous Midlands locals, is home to many, Um, 'bored' people...

In a country as rife with AIDS as ours, it defies my logic how some people can so nonchalantly sleep around.

Ah, Nottingham Road... the HIV capital of the Midlands...

WOW, now there's a story here!

Some people are gambling with their lives.

So you think these people, who are intelligent enough to work a PC and register on a site specifically for this, won't use condoms?

Ok. Assuming that's true. Then yes, I agree. However, I sure as hell would wear protection, especially if I'm still active with my partner.

It's those uneducated/too horny and drunk to care people who hook up randomly at nightclubs (without the internet) that should worry

Old news. I remember in Vanderbijlpark as a kid in the 80's. We'd arranged a sleepover at a friends place. His parents stayed close to the river - the posh side of town.
The neighbors were notorious for having very loud parties over the weekend. This time my friend's dad had enough and after numerous phonecalls, and speaking to the owner at the front door - got up on a ladder, and sprayed over the wall with the garden hose. Then looked over to continue the argument - and quickly dropped back and refused to let us kids look over the wall.
Seems no one had minded the water - as no one was wearing any clothes...
