Not at all. It was an eye-opener going to this house. In those days I had no idea it would fetch so much. I think a good deal of the price is estate-agent's hype

Wow....thats ugly.
Especially not good taste or class.
CHF50k buys you a garage in Zurich so at least your car is snug on the snowy winter nights. 3 Bedroom appartment is around CHF1,5m which is roughly R13mil. It's prices like these and the fact that you need a 20% deposit that makes 80% of the Swiss population rent for their entire lives. But this is a hell of a price. I cannot see it is worth so much. If it were in Switzerland then yes, maybe CHFs 18000 would be cheap as castles like the one Michael Schumacher owns, which cost CHFs 50000 , but it is in Cape Town and these are not normal prices.
What I want to know is what was the previous selling price and how long ago was that? Also who's property is this?
Meh not sure why everyone's so interested in it lately, grossly over priced... Who ever has that money for that house has nothing better to do!
The thing that concerns me most is that every Tom Dick and Harry have a herb and vegetable garden these days. Prices are already crazy.I have a whole thread about CT's ridiculous property prices
If anyone buys this, expect property prices city wide to escalate.
WTF is that little window doing there?
