Which service could I use for streaming to discover new trance/dance music,like AVB etc?

That is the problem. I don't find any of them good for discovering decent new music. I like to stick to my housetime.fm online radio. It's a German house/dance music radio and it is amazing especially when they get djs to play.

I think for discovering new music there really is now alternative to online radio stations like di.fm or trancebase.fm or searching shoutcast

Nice to have the shazam app open while listening so it can tag the artist and title with the remix versions.

One thing I'm just happy about is SA seems to be well covered in terms of music streaming services there actually isn't any need to use foreign services like Spotify. Maybe one day we will also have a Netflix breaker available locally

Simfy's Windows desktop app performance is horrible. They need to implement a proper native application and not this ***** adobe air. When a playlist get beyond 200 songs the UI becomes unusable.

Thanks,I'll give those a try....when I have the time,the problem with trance is the sheer volume of available material,half of which is crap.

They just don't have the genre that I am looking for. I'm looking for that house and dance songs but they tend on playing pop or deep house.

You do know that flow works based on your the songs you like and favourite right? And you can click a button to exclude a song from flow forever.

Deezer does this well with flow. Once you favourite a few songs and add them to your library it learns what songs and genres you like. Also the home page will start to fill up with only the genres you like.

Just remember to favourite and add to library.

I was really impressed with the music it picks for me in flow. That is a great feature actually.
