Hi,
Can I have confirmation from Sentech MyWireless users for the following:
It seems that there is in general satisfaction regarding the service Sentech provides (after the application hassles has been resolved)
I get the feel that users "feel" they are getting value for their money, especially when compared what Telkom has to offer in ADSL/ISDN/analogue
It seems as if the service is stable and can be relied on for connectivity during office hours.
It seems as if the client support, admin and financial functionality has improved over the past weeks.
It seems as if the most worrying gripe is the small area covered by MyWireless at the moment.
Are the above statements true?
Thanks
Kaspaas
PS: I don't have MyWireless yet, no tower nearby or even planned[
], and has to stay with ADSL - when it works it is fatastic, the Cap is terrible, support close to hopeless, and definitely not value for money!
South Africa needs World Class Broadband at World Competitive Prices.
