So they should have called it something sensible like "Startup" rather than Restart.Restart is the battery voltage or percentage where the inverter recovers from a shutdown state. Shutdown happens when a particular battery voltage or percentage is reached. It is not totally shut down, it is basically in a standby state. In the Sunsynk inverters, the screen goes off, and it is able to charge batteries. When the batteries are charged to the restart value, the inverter "restarts" i.e. it resumes normal operation.

It's not actually using AGM, but there's an oddity with the Sunsynk where those values are still adhered to.
