Saving Cost On Itemized Billing

Hi All,

We have recently established that disabling itemized billing from your Vodacom Post Paid account via the My Vodacom Application removes all of the Itemized billing from your account (Voice, Data & Messages) and you are NO LONGER BILLED for the service. However, once you login to the Vodacom Website you CAN access all of your itemized billing without paying a dime for the service - Itemized billing is available as far back as 2020.

1) Does anyone know if Vodacom is aware of this loophole in their system that allows customers to access itemized billing for free on the website after disabling it on the app?
2) Secondly, is this a known issue, and was Vodacom be able to explain why customers are being charged for itemized billing on their Post Paid accounts if the same service can be accessed for free on the website once disabled on the My Vodacom Application notwithstanding keeping a record of consumers dialling and personal information online for a service not being paid for?
