Hey guys

Been searching the forums for people using sawireless but haven't really found any actual reviews about the service. Just complaints a while ago about Joe not replying etc
Any 1 here using them?
Thinking of getting me the 4mb line with the 8mb line after 6pm...
I'm just worried about the contention ratio which is 1:10. Is this good, bad or normal?
Ive never had adsl or anything to truly understand or experience contention ratios...
My budget isn't that great +-R500
So they seem like my best bet.

We have no Telkom poles here around our complex.

I wanna use the service for gaming(dota2, battlefield etc) YouTube, showmax plus downloading from steam etc...

Any one else using them?
Any one have experience with a 1:10 contention ratio and can share experience?

i would always try telkom first to get an adsl line, have you applied to telkom?

Also have you checked out their LTE deals, if you are in JHB?

Thanks for the reply. I'm not covered for Telekom LTE. I get good 3G speeds if the USB dongle is on the window (7mb download) but it disconnects every few min. Not sure if an aerial would help.
Also no telephone polls in or around our complex. It's a new complex so nothing much is happening.
That's why I'm looking at a wisp or something.

As for a 5 day demo before you hand any money over.

I have the same issue, looking at moving to Parklands Estate in Boksburg, seems like this area is a no-go zone for all ISPs. Not even Telkom has bothered to put a pole in there since 2013.
