Sbu Shabalala is the Chief Executive Officer of Adapt IT
Sbu Shabalala has a Bachelors degree in commerce and a postgraduate diploma in Financial Information Systems. He began his IT career at InfoWave where he gained Project Management experience in the implementation of Oracle Applications throughout the Illovo Group, with Operations in various African countries.
InfoWave initially helped Sbu Shabalala, then an employee, to start his own business, Adapt‐IT (Pty) Ltd in 2004. Sbu’s entrepreneurial and IT business skills blossomed, and in a short period of 4 years Shabalala grew the SMME into a thriving ICT business; Adapt‐IT (Pty) Ltd was awarded the “SmartXchange ICT Company of the Year” in 2007.
He has a wealth of experience in the IT industry, and as CEO of Adapt IT, his business acumen is supplemented by strong IT technical knowledge.
