Anyone who has a blog has probably seen blog spam; comments to the blog that simply try to entice people to go to some other site. Most of the time the site being advertised is simply trying to boost its search engine rankings to generate more ad revenue.

Jis this antivirus xp is making me pull my hair out. finally got it removed but now i keep getting a csrcs.exe not found message on the startup.

Why do people write these kind of things, i hope that one day they will end up with some horrible ass virus or something.

Yep beware of any google result that start like this:

CLICK HERE! INFO ABOUT: (Some random words after that)

They all lead you to a site with this Xp/Vista antivirus. Had a few customers with this cr@p lately. (Why can't they just stop browsing porn sites????)
Anyway MalwareBytes kicks it in the gonads..


O another thing.. The setup file for Xp/Vista Antivirus is not Vista compatible.. LOL +1 for Vista

This XP Anti-virus had me nice and frustrated once.

Easiest way to remove it IMO..

Install malwarebytes anti-malware free version
Update it (seem to recall it updates itself quite nicely)
Perform quick scan and remove XP-anti virus

Did a good job of removing XP anti-virus the last time one of our users got it.
