Scam?

So i received this via email. Scam or what, as ive never ever been to Mpumalanga and this is just a very strange email to receive. I live in Cape Town as well, so just wondering if somebody else has received something like this before

I've received fines for cars I do not own and for the 2 cars I do there have been fines in places I have never been to.

Do not ignore it - contact them and sort it out.

It is a schlep and pain in the port but all of these were cancelled/resolved after sending through the required documentation.

Nope not at all. Ive never ever been to Mpumalanga, and due to certain personal circumstances ive never owned a vehicle or had one registered on my name either.

Just because you've never registered a car does mean there isn't one registered in your name, this is SA after all...
