scanning my pc for pictures.

If i scan my pc for pictures i get about 6000 of those little pics/logos with various extensions like .png or .bmp or .ani etc etc. can i delete these or will they mess my pc up?

which folders are they in?

if you scanned your entire drive(s) many of those pictures form part of program installations, and also some offline/temp web content.

depends where they are. I would only delete the ones in my documents or any other folder that I purposely put them in.

If you want to clear your internet cache, do that from within your browser. Do not delete the pics in Program Files.

You could clear that easily in Internet Explorer/Firefox options.

Delete Everything, Including History of pRon sites

C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Local Settings\Temp

admin is your user name.

Delete all files in that folder will free alot
