Calling it bestiality is correct.
Calling it rape is not. Dogs don't ask each other for consent when they get down to business.

We have plenty of SA citizens in the UK. They do not have a reputation for raping. Most are just decent people getting on with life. We do have a problem with one ethnic/religious group who have been found grooming youngsters in sexual practices in several areas of the country. Because of race/religious issues social services and the Police backed off, and are now struggling to get control.

Yet white male British citizens still commit the highest majority of child sexual abuses in the UK.

What does that say in regards to your point?
 
There was a story about a teenage girl here in a CT township running with dogs. Terrible.

The 'most' statement goes for most South Africans generally. I'd hazard a guess for most countries on the high rape stats lists as well. Yes, there will also be "that one". But there tend to be more "that one"s in certain groups and under certain circumstances. Having race, religion and politics clouding the issue, does not help either. Incidentally, it's easy to see who are the wet behind the ears youngsters, the ones hoping for a war or trivializing it. War is another big factor.

Doesn't change anything regarding what he said. The UK has a problem when it comes to organised grooming and authorities and politicians are aware of it, but for far too long they were reluctant to do anything about it because they were too worried about falling foul of political correctness.

Sometimes I wonder about the effect of trying to address and issue vs ignoring it. To illustrate the point: The UK launched the Action Fraud program for victims to cyber crime. They got more than they bargained for, realizing they don't have sufficient manpower to address the problem. The USA is in the same position. Of late, ditto Aussie and NZ, Likewise the Far East.

Back at the ranch in South Africa, we have no such problems? We don't even have cyber crime stats? My point is simply that we have no measure to say what the status is in reality.
