Charges were dropped against 8 scholars accused of bestiality after one of the scholars informed an investigator that he saw two dogs in the street and asked his father what the dogs were doing. The dogs are making a puppy his father replied. That evening the child told his friends and they all hatched a plan to try make puppies of their own. On dropping the charges the Sandton SPCA investigator explained "We cannot in good conscience charge these kids for making such an innocent mistake."

Did I specify child rape? But the real answer to your point is that something like 90% of the UK population is white. Then add in that the groomed ones tended not to complain, or were treated off handedly if they did. The extent of the problem has only recently emerged. It is said that the police were afraid of taking action that could be called racist, and the same goes for social services. Those who are groomed are not only children, but it seems the grooming carries on into youth and sometimes prostitution, or at the least being passed round the rings involved. This, by the way, is said not to be a problem with the black population, but with someone else. Those who were most frequently bringing in pretty vile vids, as I mentioned earlier, in fact. Some things are also coming out re white guys, one an MP I visited about 40 years ago. I was dealing with VAT at that time, and he gave me no reason to suspect child abuse. In fact we got on fine. There are no signs on foreheads saying "I am a rapist/paedophile etc."

I feel for my fellow investigator. Damned if he does, damned if he doesn't, particularly if he is a different colour. But I THINK I would have tended to let a court decide. Not an easy decision, depending on how the child strikes you.
The pic above gives me bad vibes, as one day I was in my airport office, above which was the multi storey car park, and I heard a 'crump!' I caught a flash of someone falling out of the corner of my eye first. A suicide. Messy.

Doesn't change the fact that the vast majority are committed by white men.

So if the poster wants to drag in the issue of molestation in the UK, perhaps he should bring out the full picture?

The problem with child sexual abuse is far larger than the problem with child grooming gangs.

Good points tbh. It also goes with my post in #64 above. Once the reporting mechanisms exists ...
Add that some abuses are more tolerated due to acceptance, or lack of support systems, in certain groups.
That also cuts across gender boundaries. Male abuse is vastly under-reported.

Sometimes statistics are a self-propagating myth, depending on how they are measured.

Yes for one type of the 2 child abuse types characterised by police. Taken in context with overall abuse figures, it is in line with population statistics.

The figure for the other type of abuse - 100% by white males.
 
i hope they are let go when they gang rape a woman because they want babies.

There's not a nice list like that for white men that someone has put on the internet. Those are considered isolated cases of mentally disturbed individuals anyway, you know how this rolls ;)
