Scott's Shipping Services - FORMERLY UNDER "POSSIBLE LIQUIDATION"

The fact that is so in your face with his blog entry about "victims". Guy should be in jail for theft.
Honestly puzzling, really a fascinating case study.

As I said before, if the dude was going to keep being a scoundrel and ignore "victims" while promising to make everyone whole again but clearly not following up at all then he should have just done it with a new company name.

I don't understand the extra challenge of doing it under a company name that's already blown it's reputation.

...maybe some ultra deep meta level trolling. I'd accept that too.

Or just classic Hanlon's razor.

I thought about this too, I think I may have posted something similar but I put it down to a mental ermmm deficiency. What was it they said about doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result...

There are enough people in the world. This will be forgotten soon, and a whole new bunch of people will be using them and possibly get scammed.

If the victims were serious about meeting this guy, would have come up with something like a business rescue plan for his business and request a meet up only to deal with him face2face. So he face his wrong doings hard on.

The victims should not be coming up with a business rescue plan. Maybe I am misunderstanding you.

The only hardon Scotty has is for those sexy fish in Zimbabwe.

Maybe he was hoping to catch a mermaid. Who knows...

Anyone been paid back yet?
Chatgpt's analysis based on this thread:

Short answer: Yes. In that thread, the account “ScottulusMaximus” (Scotty) wrote that he “fully intend to pay back everyone affected.” In later posts he also said he couldn’t refund people yet and it would take a while, but claimed he was “trending upwards” toward doing so.

This guy gets more exposure to Mybroadband than anything else. It seems coming back the whole time. You wouldve thought it died down but 1 week later, a dnew post, and then another week another.

Good.

Maybe Scotty has a predicament. De-registering Scott's Shipping Services requires the company to have no liabilities and no outstanding debts. A company with liabilities can remain open whilst registering a new company, however annual returns need to be filed with CIPC and tax returns with SARS.

If memory serves he stated it was too expensive. I'm surprised no-one has reported this to the CIPC - even by their turnaround time there would've been action by now.

Reported what?
